SR Series Diaphragm Dosing Pumps, Type D
Spring-return diaphragm dosing pump
Mechanical diaphragm dosing pumps series ”D” are typically used when:
- The dosed fluid contains a small amount of suspended solids
- A sealed design is required
- The dosed fluid is toxic
Each pump is equipped with a standard gearbox system featuring a vertically mounted motor. The gearbox includes a contact-free worm and worm wheel mounted on a bearing fully immersed in an oil bath.
Stroke adjustment can be performed both at standstill and during operation, manually or automatically via an actuator controlled by a 4–20 mA signal; bus interface; or pneumatically. Like mechanical diaphragm pumps, they are easy to maintain. In addition, they comply with ATEX standards and can be installed in hazardous areas.
A wide selection of wetted materials is available: SS316L; PVC; PP; PVDF; PTFE; other materials available upon request.

SR Series Plunger Dosing Pumps, Type A
Spring-return plunger dosing pump
The Series "A" plunger dosing pumps are typically used when:
- The dosed fluid must be non-abrasive
- Sealed design is not required
- High pressure is required
Each pump is equipped with a standard gearbox system featuring a vertically mounted motor. The gearbox includes a contact-free worm and worm wheel mounted on a bearing fully immersed in an oil bath.
Stroke adjustment can be performed both at standstill and during operation, manually or automatically via an actuator controlled by a 4–20 mA signal; bus interface; or pneumatically.
Plunger pumps are reliable and easy to maintain, and also offer optional washdown or leak detection. They comply with ATEX standards and can be installed in hazardous areas.

SR Series Diaphragm Dosing Pumps, Type B and BR
Hydraulic spring-return diaphragm dosing pump
Hydraulic diaphragm dosing pumps series “B & BR” are typically used when:
- The dosed fluid contains a small amount of suspended solids
- A sealed design is required
- The dosed fluid is toxic
- High pressure is required
Each pump is equipped with a standard gearbox system featuring a vertically mounted motor. The gearbox includes a contact-free worm and worm wheel mounted on a bearing fully immersed in an oil bath.
Stroke adjustment can be performed at standstill and during operation, manually or automatically via an actuator controlled by a 4–20 mA signal; bus interface; or pneumatically. The BR version features a built-in relief valve in the hydraulic housing to protect the diaphragm from overpressure.
Additionally, these pumps comply with ATEX standards and can be installed in hazardous areas.
A wide selection of wetted materials is available: SS 316L; PVC; PP; PVDF; PTFE; other materials on request.

SR Series Diaphragm Dosing Pumps, Type SD
Spring-return double-diaphragm dosing pump
The SD series double-diaphragm dosing pump is typically used when:
- The dosed fluid contains a small amount of suspended solids
- No leakage is permitted
- The dosed fluid is toxic
- High pressure is required
Each pump is equipped with a standard gearbox system featuring a vertically mounted motor. The gearbox includes a contact-free worm and worm wheel fully immersed in an oil bath.
Stroke adjustment can be performed both at standstill and during operation, manually or automatically via an actuator controlled by a 4–20 mA signal; bus interface; or pneumatically. The hydraulic circuit features a built-in relief valve to protect the diaphragm from overpressure. A distinctive feature of this pump is its special multilayer diaphragm and reliable diaphragm-rupture detection system.
Additionally, these pumps comply with ATEX standards and can be installed in hazardous areas.
A wide selection of wetted materials is available: SS 316L; PVC; PP; PVDF; PTFE; other materials on request.

Positive Displacement Plunger Dosing Pumps, PDP Series Type A-I
Positive displacement plunger dosing pump
The Series A-I plunger dosing pump is manufactured in accordance with API 675. The pump head is made of 316 stainless steel or PVC (polyvinyl chloride).
On request, the pump can be supplied in materials such as Hastelloy, PTFE, PVDE, and PP. Maximum fluid temperature limits are: 900 °C for a stainless steel head and 400 °C for a PVC head. Plunger pumps can be made from 316 stainless steel or ceramic.
Pumps can be equipped with manual (micrometer screw), electric (servo motor 4–20 mA), or pneumatic drive. Dosing accuracy over the 10–100 % range is ±1 %.

SDI Series Diaphragm Dosing Pumps
Volumetric double-diaphragm spring-return dosing pump
The SDI series multilayer diaphragm dosing pumps comply with API 675 mechanical and operational standards. They also meet ATEX requirements and can be installed in explosive atmospheres.
The mechanism is based on an internal worm drive fully immersed in an oil bath, with the ability to connect to other hydraulic components regardless of stroke length and number, enabling assemblies with multiple hydraulic elements. Stroke adjustment can be performed both at standstill and during operation, manually or automatically via an actuator controlled by a 4–20 mA signal; bus interface; or pneumatically.
Accuracy is ±1 % within 10–100 % of rated capacity. The hydraulic circuit features a built-in relief valve to protect the diaphragm from overpressure. A distinctive feature of this pump is its special multilayer diaphragm and reliable diaphragm-rupture detection system.
A wide selection of wetted materials is available: SS 316L; PVC; PP; PVDF; PTFE; other materials on request.
