TL(TopLobe) Series. Rotary lobe pumps with innovative design
Description
The TopLobe (TL) series pumps are lobe pumps with an innovative design that overcomes the trade-offs and limitations of conventional lobe pumps. The series includes 12 sizes with flow rates from 0 to 112 m³/h, connections from 20 to 150 mm, and a maximum operating pressure of 22 bar.
TopLobe pumps feature a robust yet simple hygienic design. They are engineered for quick and easy operation and thorough cleaning—both manual and CIP/SIP. Adaptable to various connection types—threaded, clamp, or flanged—and suitable for horizontal or vertical installation. Their lobe rotors deliver gentle, low-pulsation fluid transfer, even for viscous or solids-laden media. A wide selection of shaft seals with easy access reduces downtime. ATEX versions are available for explosive environments.
Thanks to a wide range of options (heating jackets, bypass valves, washdown seals), TopLobe pumps are used in demanding applications across the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
