PE & PTFE Pulsation Dampeners
Description
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) offers superior physical and chemical properties compared to standard polypropylene (PP). It is several times more abrasion-resistant, making it ideal for abrasive and aggressive fluids. It can also withstand fluid temperatures up to 70°C.
PTFE Dampers
PTFE is well-suited for high-temperature applications. It can also be used with very aggressive liquids, such as chlorinated hydrocarbons and strong acids. Maximum fluid temperature – 100°C.
ATEX-Certified Dampers
Dampers are available in an explosion-proof version with ATEX certification. They feature grounding and conductive components: a conductive housing, PTFE diaphragm (conductive backing), or EPDM diaphragm (conductive).
Typical Applications
- Chemical industry
- Food industry
- Pulp and paper production
- Surface treatment
- Water treatment
- Electronics
- Printing and coatings
