Metal Pump Series
Description
Compactness, reliability, and simplicity are the hallmarks of this pump series. Materials: aluminum, gray cast iron, stainless steel, and PTFE-coated aluminum.
These pumps feature a simple, robust design and easy installation — we use about 70% fewer parts than competitors while maintaining strength and durability.
Aluminum & Cast Iron Pumps
Ideal for pumping neutral-pH fluids of any viscosity, including those with solids or abrasives. Commonly used in workshops, paint shops, and wastewater treatment plants.
AISI 316 Stainless Steel Pumps
Cast by lost-wax (investment) process for superior surface finish and dimensional accuracy. AISI 316 resists aggressive media such as nitric and hydrochloric acids. The non-wetted central block is made of corrosion-resistant polypropylene; other materials available on request.
Explosion-Proof Versions (ATEX)
All models can be manufactured to ATEX specification with a PTFE diaphragm (conductive backing) or EPDM diaphragm.
Typical Applications
- Workshops: oils, fats, solvents, water, coolants, lubricants
- Paint & Coating: adhesives, additives, varnishes, inks, paints, latex, acids, rubbers, pigments
- Mining & Construction: adhesives, wastewater, dewatering, coal slurries, pastes
- Ceramics: abrasive slurries, glazes, water, enamel, clay
- Chemical: acids, alkalis, alcohols, solvents, latex, emulsions
